* an off-road equipment owner developed, defined, and marketed a carbon credit based on switching diesel fuel to ULSD or biodiesel

* successfully defended a minister against an IRS attack on his tax exempt status, allowing him to continue his charitable and religious work on his humble but, now permanently, tax exempt salary
